New Company Law

The new Company. Law was published in Official Gazette RS 36/2011 on May 27. 2011. This Law suspends the previous Company Law Official Gazette RS 125/2004 and Entrepreneur Law. The new Law secures regulation of companies and entrepreneurs by one single law.

In the library in Surdulica the Entrepreneurship certificates were awareded to the attendees of the entrepreneurship  treainings.

Entrepreneurship trainings

Entrepreneurship trainings were held in the municipal library in Surdulica from August 22nd to August 28th.  The trainings are part of the Youth Entrepreneurship Action Plan which is financed by USAID. Trainings were organized by BLUEWATERS and the Youth Office of Surdulica, and attendees acquired knowledge about entrepreneurship, establishing a company, making a business plan…

Trainings

in cooperation with USAID and Youth Office in Surdulica, Bluewaters is organizing entrepreneurship trainings. The trainings will be held in Surdulica for 20 attendees, which will be selected by Bluewaters and the Youth Office. The attendees will be divided in two groups, and they will also have a consultation day. On the trainings they will get familiar with basics of entrepreneurship, possibilities of starting their own business in Serbia, and methodologies of writing a business plan.
